By creating an account or using ResumeFit AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ResumeFit AI provides AI-powered resume optimization tools, including resume rewriting, job match scoring, cover letter generation, and related features. The Service is designed to help users improve the presentation of their professional experience for job applications.

ResumeFit AI makes no guarantee of employment, interview invitations, job offers, or any specific career outcome. The effectiveness of an optimized resume depends on many factors entirely outside our control, including but not limited to:

• The specific requirements and preferences of individual employers
• The volume and quality of competing applicants
• Decisions made by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) operated by third-party employers
• Hiring manager discretion and subjective evaluation
• Economic conditions and labor market dynamics

Results vary significantly by industry, role, experience level, and individual circumstances. Past results described in testimonials or marketing materials are not representative of typical outcomes.

All resume rewrites, cover letters, match scores, interview tips, and other outputs produced by ResumeFit AI are generated by artificial intelligence and provided for informational purposes only. AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies, omissions, or content that does not accurately reflect your experience
• Should be reviewed, edited, and verified by you before submission to any employer
• Does not constitute professional career counseling, legal advice, or employment advice

You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content and ensuring it accurately represents your qualifications, experience, and skills before using it in any job application.

You represent and warrant that:

• The resume content you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
• You will review all AI-generated outputs and correct any inaccuracies before submitting to employers
• You will not use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or materially false representations of your qualifications
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any resume you submit to an employer, regardless of whether it was optimized using our Service

ResumeFit AI is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information in your resume, whether present in your original submission or introduced through AI optimization.

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are operated by third-party employers and recruiting platforms. ResumeFit AI has no control over, and is not responsible for, any decisions made by ATS software or human reviewers at any company. We do not guarantee that an optimized resume will pass any particular ATS filter or reach a human reviewer.

One-time credit packs: Credits purchased in one-time packs do not expire. All sales of one-time credit packs are final. We do not offer refunds on one-time purchases once credits have been used.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from using a credit (e.g., an optimization that failed to complete due to a server error), contact us within 7 days and we will restore the affected credit at our discretion.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their terms of service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent or materially false resumes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's AI systems
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

You retain ownership of your original resume content. The AI-generated outputs produced from your content are provided to you for your personal use. ResumeFit AI retains ownership of the Service, its underlying technology, and any improvements derived from aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ResumeFit AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, lost income, or career harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
